HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
All orders are shipped from Chicago once a week; we don't ship on weekends or national holidays. If you need your shipment expedited, please reach out to email@example.com or DM us @sirdogwood before placing your order to discuss your timeframe.
WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS?
US customers may return or exchange unworn items purchased from Sir Dogwood for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note we do note accept returns or exchanges for toys, pet bowls, beds, or masks for due to sanitary concerns.
If your return is received within 30 days, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges) following receipt of your original order. These funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping and processing. We do not accept worn, broken or damaged items as returns or exchanges. If we cannot fulfill an exchange because the item requested is sold out, we will issue a refund or store credit. If your request is received after the timeframe indicated, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Returns and exchanges are processed the same day that they are received. Exchanges typically ship within 3-4 business days and refunds are issued immediately. Your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, contact your bank or credit card provider.
