Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship outstanding orders twice a week from Chicago. IL. We do not ship on the weekends nor do we ship on national holidays. USPS shipments can take at least 3 business days from the shipment date (not your order date) to arrive, and in some cases longer. If you are need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us directly before you place your order so we can advise on our shipment schedule and your shipping options. 

WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S RETURN POLICY? 


You may return unworn items purchased from Sir Dogwood for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, email us at help@sirdogwood.com, include your name, order number and the details of your return. We will respond with a pre-paid return label. All returns are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns on international orders.

If your return is received within 14 days, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges) following receipt of your original order. These funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 7 days for shipping and processing. If your return is received after 14 days, you will be issued a store credit.

WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another product, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to purchase the correct size or new item. We do not offer direct exchanges. Shipping will have to be paid on any new orders. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Refunds are issued the same day that they are received. Your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, contact your bank or credit card provider.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
