HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
All orders are shipped from Chicago twice a week; we don't ship on weekends or national holidays. If you need your shipment expedited, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order to discuss your timeframe.
WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS?
US customers may return or exchange unworn items purchased from Sir Dogwood for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
If your return is received within 14 days, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges) following receipt of your original order. These funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping and processing. If your return is received after 14 days, you will be issued a store credit. We do not accept worn, broken or damaged items as returns or exchanges.
WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S EXCHANGE POLICY?
You have up to 30 days to request an exchange. You can exchange your item for a different size of the same item you originally purchased.
Exchanges are shipped as soon as possible following receipt of your original order. If you are attempting to exchange an item for a size that we no longer have in stock, we will issue you a store credit. We do not accept worn, broken or damaged items as returns or exchanges.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Returns and exchanges are processed the same day that they are received. Exchanges typically ship within 3-4 business days and refunds are issued immediately. Your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, contact your bank or credit card provider.
You will receive an email confirmation from Sir Dogwood once your return or exchange has been processed.
