Sizing & Measurements
Look for the brown tab with the measuring tape icon that says "Size Chart" on the right side of each product page. Different brands have different size charts so please consult each product's size chart before placing an order.
The best way to measure your pup is to take their neck, length, and chest measurements and compare them to the product's size chart. Check out this graphic for more information.
US Shipping & Returns
We ship outstanding orders twice a week from Chicago, IL. We do not ship on the weekends nor do we ship on national holidays. USPS shipments can take at least 3 business days from the shipment date (not your order date) to arrive, and in some cases longer, particularly during the holidays. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us directly before placing your order so we can advise on our shipment schedule and your shipping options.
You may return unworn items purchased from Sir Dogwood for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com, include your name, order number and the details of your return. We will respond with a pre-paid return label. All returns are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns on international orders. If your return is received within 14 days, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges) following receipt of your original order. These funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 7 days for shipping and processing. If your return is received after 14 days, you will be issued a store credit. Due to hygienic concerns we cannot accept any returns on beds, carriers, blankets, throws, toys, or pet bowls.
To initiate a return, send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with a pre-paid shipping label so you can get the item back to us.
Refunds are issued as soon as the returned merchandise is received in house and processed. Your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, contact your bank or credit card provider.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another product, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to purchase the correct size or new item. We do not offer direct exchanges, however since certain items and sizes sell quickly, you can "reserve" your exchange by first purchasing the item you want before shipping your other item back to us. The item eligible for exchange will be refunded via the original form of payment once the original package is received. Shipping will have to be paid on any new orders.
We do not offer price adjustments once an item has been purchased.
Global delivery is now available via UPS Worldwide. Please note: international customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, clearance fees and/or import duties that may be charged on arrival. Import duties are a tax imposed by your own government on goods from other countries. We have no control over whether your government will or will not charge import duties. Please refer to your country's import policies before placing an order.

We do - we launched our Sir Dogwood Ambassador program in 2022 and have already accepted our newest group of affiliates for the remainder of the year. When we re-open the program to new candidates in 2023 we will post additional details and a link to the application at that time.
We are completely online and don't have a brick and mortar storefront (yet!), so all of our orders are fulfilled via mail. We do however do pop-ups throughout the year so keep an eye on our social media for those announcements.
