Who Are We?
We only stock the chicest dog accessories designed by emerging brands from around the world. Our studio is located at Parnassusweg 126 in AMS Zuid.

Where are you located?
We are located in Amsterdam Zuid at Parnassusweg 126. Visits are by appointment only (personal shopping services coming soon!).
What is your shipping policy?
Currently we ship to the EU and the USA (more countries coming soon!) from Amsterdam, Netherlands. We do not ship on the weekends or on holidays.
Where are your size charts?
Look for the brown tab with the measuring tape icon that says "Size Chart" on the right side of each product page. Different brands have different size charts so please consult each product's size chart before placing an order.
How do I measure my dog?
The best way to measure your dog is to take their neck, length, and chest measurements and compare them to the product's size chart. Check out this graphic for more information.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date. We offer store credit or refunds only (no direct exchanges). Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to returning merchandise. To initiate a return, email info@sirdogwood.com.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on any toys, bowls, or beds. These items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship to the EU and USA, with more countries coming soon. (Shipping to the USA? We offer low flat rate shipping and no customs or duty fees for orders under $800 USD).
Please note: Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, clearance fees and/or import duties that may be charged on arrival.
