WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD'S RETURN POLICY?
You may return or exchange unworn items purchased from Sir Dogwood for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your name, order number and the details of your return. We will respond with a pre-paid return label. All returns are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns on international orders.
If your return is received within 14 days, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges) following receipt of your original order. These funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping and processing. If your return is received after 14 days, you will be issued a store credit.
WHAT IS SIR DOGWOOD EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another product, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to purchase the correct size or new item. We do not offer direct exchanges. We also cannot accept any returns from our "Live" category (including beds, throws, and pet bowls) for hygiene reasons.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Refunds are issued the same day that they are received. Your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, contact your bank or credit card provider.
You will receive an email confirmation from Sir Dogwood once your return has been processed.
